PetSafe Bark Control Outdoor

The Bark Control device from PetSafe in the shape of a bird house should be hung outdoors and emits an ultrasonic noise to your dog in an 15 metre radius. This ultrasonic tone can make your dog stop barking. When your dog stops barking, the ultrasonic noise will stop too. You can mount the device outside against a fence, wall or tree. The device works on 1 x 9 Volt batteries, but these are not included. The average lifespan of the battery is about 2 months, depending on how often your dog barks

Please note: Just like people who live near trains or airports can become less sensitive to noises in time, the same goes for dogs. This is why you should switch the device off for a number of days every now and then.

What to expect

Most dogs will quickly understand that the bark control device counters their barking and will calm down and stop barking as a result. Within two weeks of starting to use the bark control device, your dog’s barking should have reduced considerably
