Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Medical supplies must have intact sterile seals
- All tags must be attached for training equipment
- Opened medication or supplements (including puppy supplements)
- Partially used medical supplies
- Opened wet food products
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Product name and quantity being returned
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Customs documentation for international returns (if applicable)
3. Package and Ship
Securely repackage items with:
- Original packaging materials
- Completed return form (we’ll provide)
- RMA number clearly visible
4. Processing
Once received at our Armagh facility:
- Returns are inspected within 2 business days
- Refunds processed within 3 business days post-approval
- Exchanges shipped via your preferred method
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For agility equipment or medical supplies requiring different sizes/specifications:
- We’ll cover one-way shipping for exchanges of equal or greater value
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
